“I’m so busy doing stuff I don’t really get a lot of time to think”… scary words.
we know its too easy to avoid the bigger questions of life, like if you were a biscuit what biscuit would you be… and we want to make space for young people to think and dream and talk and chill out, because we know that ideas change the world, and so there is Headspace.
As well as meeting at St M’s we also visit other churches to see what God is up to; Soul Survivor Harrow, Hillsongs in London and other churches in our area. suggestions for future visits are welcome, be they near or far.
So, come and start random conversations with people, tell stories about your adventures in life, bring cake to share, whatever you want to contribute there is space for you here.

Church. Great for adults, not so great for 11-14 year olds. But never fear! Pathfinders is here.
Tent making out of newspapers, banana surgery, balloon popping madness as well as space to make friends + get to know God better. God is not boring. And neither is Pathfinders..
MAD. That is what I reckon life is like for 11-14 year olds. If you’re not trying to get your piles of homework done for like tomorrow, then you’re trying to keep up with your mates, or with fashion or music or sport or whatever your favourite thing is. But you always feel like you want more. Like life’s not good enough, even though compared to most of the world we have it pretty sweet, it just doesn’t seem to satisfy, no matter how much stuff/ friends/ talent you have. So that’s why we run Pathfinders. Because we believe there is a whole lot more to life, and we want to give you guys space to discover it for yourselves.
So, the question is, do you want more? If it’s a yes then you know where to come.

Christianity is for wimps? Well you’re wrong.
Following Jesus means life on the edge. God loves us without limits. God loves the world without limits. God wants us to love people like that. No matter what they throw at us. That is X-treme…
Fair to say we live in a pretty safe place in England. We might have the odd horrible thing Happen now and again, but it’s not like we’re living in a war zone. Water’s still in the tap, Food’s still in the fridge, People still seem to give a monkeys about us. Pretty comfortable really. And the sad thing is, that’s what some people aim for in life. Comfortable.
I don’t know about you, but I’m hoping my life’s gonna make a difference. I’m thinking that Jesus didn’t live a comfortable, easy life. I’m thinking that God wants to use me to change His world for the better. I’m trying to live life to the full, and to be honest, comfortable just doesn’t quite cut it for me. I’d rather get out of my comfort zone, and live like Jesus did. His life changed the world. He wants me to do the same. With his help that’s what I’m gonna do. Want in? Come to X-treme.
